We think breakfast is comfort food any time of day, and it’s even better when you don’t have to clean up the mess.
From the classic one and two egg plates to house special platters, you’ll find every breakfast food you can dream of. For lighter fare, try two eggs served any style with bacon, sausage, or ham. For an all-day breakfast option that will stick to your ribs, try our Vegas plate: NY strip steak, cooked to order with two eggs, served any style.
Have a hankering for a country breakfast classic? The Graceland platter comes with country ham and two eggs. If you can’t do breakfast without gravy, try our country-fried steak, topped with Nelson’s famous homemade sausage gravy and two eggs.
If traditional all-day breakfast is more your speed, we have build-your-own omelet options and eggs benedict, including a country-style option. Country eggs benedict features two scrambled eggs on an open-face biscuit, topped with sausage gravy. If this morning doesn’t feel like a sausage gravy morning for you, we also have creamy, comforting shrimp and grits, served two ways: classic with cheese and deluxe style with cheese, jalapenos, tomatoes, bacon, and one egg.
While we pride ourselves on reliable classics here at Nelson’s, we also offer breakfast choices to suit any palette. The Avocado toast choice features fresh avocado, smashed and spread over toast, topped with crunchy bacon, red pepper flakes, and fresh baby spinach.
For The Sweet Tooth
For the folks with a sweet tooth, Nelson’s offers waffles, pancakes, and French toast.
We have Belgian waffles: banana nut, and chocolate chip, all served with a helping of rich maple syrup. Pancakes also come in banana nut and chocolate chip options as well as blueberry. Ask about our seasonal pancake options, too. If pancakes and waffles aren’t for you, try our thick French toast, available plain or with cinnamon raisin bread.
If you can’t decide between sweet or savory, split the decision and go for chicken and waffles instead. Looking for a classic pancake platter? We have those too, with one, two, or three pancake options served with eggs and your choice of bacon or sausage.
Sides, Extras, & More
Many all-day breakfast menu options are served with your choice of hashbrowns, oatmeal, grits, toast/biscuit, or good old fresh tomato slices. Side order options include grits, oatmeal, and fresh fruit, which are available in cup or bowl portions. You can also add smoked sausage, corned beef hash, a bagel, an English muffin, toast, or a biscuit to your meal.
Of course, no all-day breakfast is complete without all-day coffee, served fresh (hot or cold). Nelson’s also has hot chocolate and tea, served hot or cold, sweet, or unsweetened.
